Negotiations - this artwork reads in the Belarusian language: negotiations of strong and strong are always successful. Artists recognize that in the military or political act between the strong and much weaker, complete subordination will take place and nobody strong will even consider negotiating with the weak. After the collapse of the Soviet Union Belarus had notably declined. The country nearly lost trade independence to Western Computing and electronics products, film and entertainment industry, Western Cars, and to Chinese mass-produced goods and growingly also cars, and electronics. From an artist's standpoint, Belarus must regain its patriotic heart and restore everything strong that was in the core of the Soviet Union, to be a strong & equal partner, not a vassal state of Western and Eastern Superpowers.
